Bluenana Smoothie

This smoothie was absolutely amazing,I literally opened my fridge ,and grabbed ingredients and blended them together,and to my surprise this smoothie came out Great!!! Let's get into this recipe.....




Bluenana Smoothie

Ingredients 1 cup of almond milk 1 cup of spinach 1 cup of baby kale 1 handful of blueberries( I have larger hands lol😂 so probably 1 cup of blueberries) 1 whole banana (*This took no prep time I made this the same day. You can always prep this the night before, and store you ingredients in Ziploc bags,and place them in the fridge overnight) Enjoy Soulies🤗😍😉
