These chocolate sandwiches: 🍫 2/3 cup of dairy free butter. 🍫 1.5 cups of coconut sugar. 🍫 1 flax egg. 🍫 1 and 3/4 cup of flour. 🍫 1/2 cup of cacao powder. 🍫 1 tsp of baking soda. 🍫 edible glitter or icing sugar. . . 🍪 for the filling Sculpted Kitchen melted marshmallows (Sculpted Kitchen used dandies) in a pan with some nondairy butter. . 🥥 preheat the oven to 375°F. 🥥 beat the butter in a mixer until creamy. 🥥 add sugar and beat for 5 minutes. . 🥥 add the flax egg and mix. 🥥 soft the flour, cacao powder, baking soda. 🥥 add the dry mixture to the wet and mix. 🥥 Sculpted Kitchen used a tablespoon to make equal balls. Place them on a baking tray. 🥥 use the bottom flat part of a glass and dip it into a saucer of glitter or icing sugar. Press down gently on the balls to flatten. 🥥 bake the cookies for 9 minutes. Leave to cool and then transfer to wire rack. . 🥥 melt marshmallow. Transfer to piping bag and pipe onto a biscuit. Place another biscuit on top. . .
