Effective Tea Remedies


1.Sore Throat- Cinnamon Tea

How To Make: Add a cup of boiling water ,to a tsp of agave syrup,a tsp of cinnamon and a tsp of lemon juice,drink warm and feel better!!!



2.Common Cold- Agave Lemon Tea

How To Make: Add a cup of boiling water ,to a tsp of agave syrup, and a tsp of lemon juice.drink warm and feel better!!!



3.Insomnia- Chamomile Tea

How To make: Add a cup of boiling, to one Chamomile tea bag,add agave for sweeter(optional),drink warm and Rest Easy!!!



4.Sinus Infection: Turmeric Ginger Tea

How To make: Add a cup of boiling water, to a tsp of turmeric ,and a few slices of ginger,drink warm and feel better!!!
