If you are like me, you have heard people tell you to just breath when you're upset....We all have heard it but you know how important just breathing can change your energy and aura. Let's just breath....
What is it?
Breath Awareness Meditation- A form of meditation where one is mindful of the breath that it takes.
How Do I Perform It?
Take a slow breath in and out through your nostrils, and on the exhale, allow your shoulders to come down and release. Do this for a few breaths. Now, bring your awareness to your mouth and unclench your jaw. Create some space between your upper and lower teeth.
