NAMASTE!

Ever felt like things were spinning out of control, well I know I have and meditation was a lifesaver. As many of you know already from my introduction that I was diagnosed with epilepsy if you have not read that post go over and check it out (The Story Behind The Blog). Meditation has taught me so much about mindfulness and remembering that I am in control on how I go through out my day.


What is mediation?,so glad you asked love.....

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state.


How Do I Meditate?

I personally feel that there is no wrong or right way to mediate ,its one of those things that you have to figure out what works for you. No you don't have to be a pro to meditate ,I knew nothing about meditation when I first started but I knew it seem to work because I felt calmer after. I suggest that you find a quiet place where you can follow on mindfulness and train your attention to awareness.


Do I have to have a alter?

Absolutely not, you can meditate anywhere u choose, as long as it is a place that u find peace and quiet so you meditation can be successful, I say go for it!


How long does it takes?

Meditation is for you ,so it takes how long u desire it to until you feel like you have accomplished whatever you are mediating for.



With that all being said mediate at your own pace,space, and time. Meditation is for you to reach into you deepest self and better know you. So go be at peace, Happy Mediating Beautiful People!!!
