I know it seems impossible to only eat one meal a day, I felt the same way as you...But it's so possible and I'm going show you how??Let's talk O.M.A.D...

What is it?

O.M.A.D is a form of intermittent fasting, the practice of cycling in and out of periods of eating and not eating. In this case, you eat all of your daily calories in just one meal each day-typically fasting for the remaining 23-ish hours.

What to eat on O.M.A.D?

O.M.A.D meal should consist of a healthful salad loaded with leafy greens,roasted veggies or raw veggies,whole grains,beans/legumes,nuts and seeds. It's vital to make sure to stay hydrated preferably water throughout the fasting period.

What it does for the body?

The idea is limiting your calorie consumption throughout the day one can consume one meal( usually defined as one- hour window) and still lose weight.

What are the Health Benefits?

1.Increases focus and productivity

2. Weight loss: It's extremely hard to be at a caloric surplus when you're eating one time a day.

3. Diet freedom

The theory behind the one meal a day is that you only eat one meal per day, your one meal can contain up to the number of calories you need per day depending on your activity levels, and have a healthy balance of carbohydrates,proteins and fat.
