What is it?

Mantra Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a word or sound repeated to aid in concentration in mediation. Om or aum is the most basic and powerful mantra you can chant. This universal mantra will create powerful, positive vibrations in your lower abdomen.

What Do I Perform It?

Find a comfortable place to practice, and sit in a cross-legged position and close your eyes. Then, focus on your breathing and begin chanting your mantra.( If you want to, continue chanting or silently meditate until you feel you should stop).
