Quinoa & Pico de gallo "Romaine Salad"

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Success Boil in a bag Quinoa
1/2 cup of Pico de gallo
1 cup of romaine lettuce
1 table spoon of your favorite dressing (optional)
Directions:
Preparing the Quinoa:
1. Pour about 4 cups of water into a medium saucepan.
2. Submerge 1 bag of quinoa into the pot of water
3. Bring water to a boil and boil ten minutes
4. Remove bag from water with fork and drain
5. Cut bag and open and empty into your preferred serving dish.
Preparing the Salad:
1. Add 1/2 cup of pico de gallo
2. Add a cup of romaine lettuce
3.Add your favorite dressing
4.Enjoy!!!
