Tofu Pizza

(This recipe was created by Queen Afua, and more recipes can be found in her book, "Heal Thyself for Health and Longevity". This book is a most read, and I encourage everyone to go buy a copy I will provide a link below....)


Pizza Spread

grated tofu (create a cheese-like texture)

natural tomato sauce ( without sugar) or blend 2 tomatoes

2 teaspoons of Italian seasonings


1. Put a little soya margarine on sprouted whole grain bread

2. Then use tofu pizza spread

*( Queen Afua suggests that you eat a large side order of kale, spinach, okra, or broccoli with any all starch meals.)
