Incenses are one of those things you always have to have,I know I have a drawer full of all different kind. I can honestly say I can't live without them, whether I am using them for meditation of simply to freshen the house they are my go to.
What is a Incense?
Incense is aromatic biotic material that releases fragrant smoke when burned. The term refers to the material itself, rather than to the aroma that it produces. Incense is used for aesthetic reasons, and in therapy, meditation, and ceremony.
How do I use Incenses?
I use incense as a way to keep my house calm, and for my house to smell fresh. I also use them for meditation, they are like a mood setter they release all the negative energy and bring a calmness to my setting.I place one incense in a incense burner and I light the incense,it's important that u place you incense away from flammable items.
There are many fragrances of incense my personal favorite are dragon blood, sage, lavender, and palo santo.
Dragon blood- Dragon's blood has been used for its antiviral and wound-healing effects. Taspine, a component of dragon's blood, has been documented to have anti-inflammatory and wound-healing actions.
Sage- is a sacred herb used in the energy cleansing ritual known as smudging or purification. The smoke attaches itself to the negative energy of the area and cleanses it so it becomes neutral energy.
Lavender- Lavender varies a lot from bracing herbal fragrances to powdery florals. The exact vibration of the Lavender incense will vary based on its aroma, from gentle and soothing to bright and invigorating.
Palo Santo- Its name literally means holy wood, and it is just that. When it is burned, the smoke is believed to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing power. Palo Santo is used for spiritual purifying, energy cleansing and healing
